We Pray for the Highest Thing Every Day at Tulasi-puja:
Sri Tulasi-Arati

sri-radha-govinda-preme sada yena bhasi
(1) O Tulasi, beloved of Krishna, I bow before you again and again. My desire is to obtain the service of Sri Sri Radha and Krishna.
(2) Whoever takes shelter of you has his wishes fulfilled. Bestowing your mercy on him, you make him a resident of Vrindavana.
(3) My desire is that you will also give me a residence in the pleasure groves of Sri Vrindavana-dhama. Thus within my vision I will always behold the beautiful pastimes of Radha and Krishna.
(4) I beg you to make me a follower of the cowherd damsels of Vraja. Please give me the privilege of devotional service and make me your own maidservant.
(5) This very fallen and lowly servant of Krsna prays, "May I always swim in the love of Sri Radha and Govinda.
It'a amazing. We remain fearful, hesitant to enter into raganuga sadhana bhajan after decades of worshiping Srimati Tulsi devi.
Sri Tulasi Pranama
vrindayai tulasi-devyai
priyayai kesavasya ca
krishna-bhakti-prade devi
satya vatyai namo namah
I offer my repeated obeisances unto Vrinda, Srimati Tulasi Devi, who is very dear to Lord Kesava. O goddess, you bestow devotional service to Krishna and you possess the highest truth.

Srila Gour Govinda Swami:When we offer that prayer to Tulasi Devi,
tulasi krishna-preyasi,
vraje radha-krishna-seva pabo ei abilasi
Srimati Tulasi Devi, I have this desire how I can enter into vraja-lila, do you understand? Not Vaikuntha or Ayodhya or Dvaraka or Mathura, no. We pray to Tulasi Devi to enter into vraja-lila. I have this desire, radha-krishna-seva pabo ei abilasi, je tomara sarana loy, tara vancha purna hoy, "Oh Tulasi Devi, if someone takes shelter of you, their desire will be fulfilled. So I have this desire."
Devotee: This arati song to Tulasi Devi is sung very casually, people have no understanding what is the meaning.
Srila Gour Govinda Swami: They don’t understand. They only sing it like parrots, you see.
And, at last what does this prayer say? Seva-adhikara diye koro nija dasi, "Oh Tulasi Devi, please make me one of your maid servants."
